Not Exactly lol unless you can repair DNA. I have had feminized seed do that and picked off the balls and been ok. You have to be vigilant. Also correct any light leaks you may have during your dark period and try to avoid stressing the plant in any way.

I fix plants like that with a pair of shears, one clean cut at the base of the stem just above the soil line.
