Need Help With Rockwool

Hi all I am in need of some help ...I have cloned my babies and they have got roots but when I transfered
Them to rockwool 6ich cubes the roots won't come through the bottom . I have left them out of my nft system so they don't get to wet . I have also left them in nft and they start wilting and dying ..please help me
