Forgive me if this has been asked before @loompa What Male did you use when you first out-crossed your Underdog OG to make your Yeti line. Most info I see online only says (headband x male).. If you already posted the answer to this please point me to the right thread. Much appreciated...

Thanks

Hold on a sec, need to get super high before I answer this question.....

No one has been this direct with me about this question and so since you ask, Ill go into it. I realized I had to outcross her to get strong vigour back and then it was just going to be the issue of breeding the dad out. Which in the end was fairly easy to do, the dad's line was an inbredd bottlenecked seedline that had a nice structure, was climatized to colder and rougher fall weather, still packed on weight and resin. She was worked and grown in the hills near me for many many generations. I have not publically said or documented the strain lineage of that dad for many reasons. But for those that are the old timers, or are smart investigators, you can find where I might have slipped up and divulged it..... But I want her to be judged on her and the progeny that she puts out, Id rather not pre bias the coineseurs out there by divulging it. Let the weed speak for itself and when the time is right Ill talk about it. But like I said earlier, there are those that knw, I have slipped up before.....so you can find the info. It will shock you :)

So let the hunt begin! :)

It is a little odd to me and humorous that someone felt the need to censor my post in this thread. The whole comment was just well wishes to @loompa ... Also deleted Loompa's response. Unless it was Loompa? Wtf do I know? Fucking forums. Just funny ;) Positive vibes...

At 1 time Cabin fever had it listed on the description of their Forest Fire... then they changed it to Loompas Headband Bx(now yeti og) Headband x unkown indica x Nor-Cal Fire OG cut. Now they don't have anything.

Cabin Fever Seeds Forest Fire
This is a very, very strong OG Kush hybrid. I took the shortest, stoutest male Headband Bx (now Yeti OG) and pollinated the Nor-Cal Fire OG cut. Hence the name.

I remember what Cabin Fever said the male was.We have some Forest Fires going now...cant wait to see what they put out.

The Cabin Fever Descriptions are still around. A few of Cabin Fever’s Freaks strains have been made from the Empress kush Lines [Chemdog D x Emperor Kush] which believe had something to do Motarebel and Loompa joint project from before
I could be wrong.

Anyhow:

Forest Fire is:

This is a very, very strong OG Kush hybrid. I took the shortest, stoutest male Headband Bx (now Yeti OG) and pollinated the Nor-Cal Fire OG cut. Hence the name.
These are very resilient and sturdy plants for being very OG dominant, no lanky branches or floppy buds, These stay on the shorter side with minimal stretch, some may double in height if left naturally, but most will only stretch about 50% when topped. These plants have amazing trichome production, even the smaller fan leaves are encrusted, making for great extracts with trim. Some phenos look much greasier than others, Those are the phenos I prefer.
They have a rather large finishing window, due to the Headband, some folks like it at 56 days, while others like it at the full 9.5 weeks. I take it to about 9 weeks as I use this strain as one of my main pain killers now. It has a very thick kushy taste and an amazing first exhale.
This hybrid will help with Chronic Joint/Muscle pain, MS, Stress and Anxiety, Insomnia and really any type of muscle aching or nerve pain. This is very good medicine.

That's the newer Cabin Fever Forest Fire description when it 1st came out he had the male listed for the Headband BX...I know what he had listed. If i'm not mistaken it was on the canna collective and he changed it twice removing the name of the male.

Obviously they didn't want anybody to know or they wouldn't have removed it or Loompa would've told yall.Personally I couldn't care less and don't know why i even posted?I'd be interested in the nam black.

I dont know Cabin Fever or Loompa and don't know what their relation is so I try to stay out of these things...Cabin fever had the Headband Bx listed as Headband x w a certain OG Kush...if Loompa wants to say which 1 he can its not my place.

Whether its true or not I guess only Loompa and maybe Cabin Fever can tell you that.

I'm thinking breed that blueberry cut with a Miami white x blueberry male, try and breed for potency, frost but most importantly the blueberry taste, then search for a blueberry Dom male from the dj blueberry (Miami white x dj blueberry) and hit your loompas headband with some pollen. Making a sort of more potent blue band. You can even reverse the Miami white on the blueberry clone and hit her with some blueberry pollen. I'm also thinking ghost og x reversed Miami white x yeti bx2 male or ghost og x Miami white bx x yeti bx2 male. Also can run it Miami white (ghost og x yeti bx2). Maybe djs blueberry (Miami white x moondawg f2) using a more OTM/blueberry leaning moondawg male, can even try it with a Chemdog 91 Dom moondawg male. You can run them all the same way with the pre dj blueberry you speak of and see what you like better, even mix and match the blueberries, like dj short blueberry (pre dj blueberry x Miami white bx) or pre dj bb (dj blue x Miami white bx) I'm dying to find a sick yeti male to pollinate our GHOSTBUSTER kush mom aka ghost og x katsu bubba bx using a katsu Dom rare dankness ox male. We went through 10 or so ox packs for that male. Also a good male for the Miami white bx would be nirvanas ice believe it or not, I never run any of there other gear but we have two Ice mothers that are sick one looks exactly like the white clone, just absolutely covered in trichs but with a fruity fuel type taste, the other is a purple pheno that is covered in trichs and is sweeter then the light green pheno, and both are seriously potent. There are some hashy/ fruity type phenos too that were good but couldn't keepem all. The ice beans were from amsterdamn in 2000 though not sure what nirvanas done with the line since and how good the beans are 14 years later.

What's uP @texasjack:

Freak (breeder @ Cabin Fever) is a personal friend:

Freak has always given credit to Loompa for the male he used. Anyhow as the story goes, freak had listed a bunch of strains he was going to release: At the time he didn’t have Forest Fire as a strain listed, I was very much into Cabin Fever at the time , and prior to the release he sent me an emal of what was going to be dropped and added: This is a excerpt from an EMAIL: Dated Feb, 20, 2012, I think the drop at the CC was in early, 2012

"And as far as the menu changes include there is only a small amount of "Cabin Thunder" that's the ATF cross, so I'm calling it "Alaskan Honey Bucket" and also very limited "War Pig" and "Blue Skies", they will be used as freebie packs, and put up for auctions, They didn't have as many viable seeds as I had hoped, I had to pull them a week or so early this fall, due to rain, but there are still some very nice seeds, just not enough for a full release."
Plus I still have a couple special crosses, the "Forest Fire" = Norcal Fire OG x Loompa's (Yeti OG) Headband and "Fubar Kush" = Norcal Fire OG x Loompa's OG sq.
Even more limited was: Super Skunk OG = Loompa's OG Sq. x Sensi Seeds Super Skunk
The discription that I had put up, is the same Headband Male you first spoke off, and this discription is listed on the Cabin Fever Website ;-)

Hey my friend...I like Freaks style I wish he would come back.

I copied and pasted the description he had posted on a private forum i'm on but i'll have to go look thru my post and find it.If I remember right he had it listed as this.. Headband Bx(now yeti OG K)( Headband clone x raskals OG Kush) X nor-cal Fire og cut..Then he changed it to Headband clone x unknown indica(now yeti og k) x nor-cal fire og k cut.

I'll go find it later to make sure...but makes sense.. if you think back not too many OG K males were around then. Maybe Loompa will chime in and tell us what up?

I'm not sure which forum that was that you were on, or that was private that Freak was on. He has only been on a few forums, and that was an email as I said he gave to me, so maybe!
(What did you copy an paste btw)? What would loompa chime in on though? he could only comment on Yetti, but not how Freak made the cross... Only Freak could chime in on that, but yeah I guess, in anycase Loompa's yetti is the Male.

I copied it from Freaks description on a seedbank and pasted it to the private forum.

I thought we were talking about Loompas Headband Bx and what male he used? On the Cabin Fevers description of Forest Fire i'm talking about Cabin Fever said Loompa used Raskals OG Kush as the male. Like this Headband Bx now yeti OG K (Headband x raskals OG k ) X nor-cal fire og cut..

I wasn't talking about Cabin Fevers strains.
