The actual RKS cut is gone. No one has been able to source it for years. Only knock offs and 1-offs. The RKS beans people are using are not the real RKS. Simply some worked skunk lines. @Oom pah pah lets see some pix of your RKS

The skunk 6 was just that .... The sixth plant that was the keeper. Incredibly skunky smell that crept through double vac seal somehow. Taste was also skunky as all get out.
It came from some skunk seeds from the 80s . It originated in the smoky mountains of Virginia /Tennessee area. Some deadheads had been growing it for years and they brought it to gunnison crested butte Leadville area of Colorado . It was a pretty tight knit group of folks . HAHA!

As far as pics today I can't pull those out ofmy hat right now . Maybe the person who has the rks on this board will come forward and post some pics . You are welcome to it....

It was proven last year that what bodhi had was not rks. The man he got the cut from even stated it was not rks but just a very skunky plant from seeds also from the 80's.

Ok guys what we have is not bodhis rks. It came from someone we helped out that is very ill w cancer and it has been in their family For many years . I know how much everyone has been looking for it , like us. Don't get me wrong I had my doubts as well. When the time comes to divulge more info it will happen .

There are picks of the Bubster but I don't have them handy . I will post pics of both of them when I can. I can tell you that the Bubster is an improved master or bubba . It is much more vibrant in growth but still they all look like the moms used . Squat dark kushy plants with huge leaves .

Just wanted to say I didn't mean to imply you held the same cut as bodhi. I honestly find this longing for strains past silly with the phenomenal strains we have at our fingertips now.

I'm just here trying to patiently wait for an official announcement of a tk x yeti cross.

Great thread man. Its really cool to see a quality breeder who actually cares about what his customers think and actually want to work lines not just drop the hot ticket of the month not caring what is actually expressed in the beans. I wish more were open like this. Funkin cool as shit!
Dude so crazy were both searching for feds Hawaiian if you had the right pheno your absolutely right its like smoking for the first time again. Hope you find her. I've given up. The guy I knew who had her also had the BB muffin from the 90s lime green fluffy buds with that very defined type of resin that had only bulbous resin heads that you could easily see with the naked eye. Damn i miss those plants. He also had something he called squeeze that was pure oranges and something called WWII straight lemon sandalwood with a sweat inducing high(anybody ever heard of WWII or squeeze?) all his stuff was amazing. Reminds me of your gear. Too bad he disappeared years ago. Just vanished. And I lost my cuts due to security issues. I wept literally as I destroyed them. That was last December and im still lost.
Please reverse that Triangle and hit the UD dank to the max. Theirs going to be a fight for those hope my internets running fast when they drop. I always seem to get stuff in the cart the get shut out. But make that cross!
I'm going to have to say yes to the BB x UD we need a great BB OG on the market. I've never found that cross in seed form that was as good as it should have been. I'd love to give it another go.
Columbian Gold x UD hell yes! Supreme potency on that cross. For sure. I just missed riots f2s hopefully he will send me some.
For a purple cross id like to see you work the Purple OG clone its the only purple line I've smoked that was actually potent. Plus its tasty. I think I remember you having a purple Yeti male Purple OG x Purple Yeti would be a solid cross. Or Purple OG x GSC Reversed.

But I'll be honest I'm dying for that silver bubster f3 and pdogwood but wifey is pregnant so she said no go the silver bubster is my have to have the work that you guys put into it to lock in the SoCal mk and pre 98 dominant traits is just amazing you guys really make sure your strains are legit first a lot of hard work testing and man hours before you even release the beans that's how loompa farms got my respect and will have my buisness for life.

Sorry bout the reversed ud I remembered after I posted that you guys tried reversing the ud but the pollen was only like 10% viable that's why loompa farms released the yeti bx series it's the closest thing to a s1 and with all the testing the seeds are really uniform and from what loompa said is that a lot of the beans resemble the ud mother. So I'm sorry for posting the reversed ud wish list.

Alright guys, settle the horses down...lol

My only point in bringing up anything I talk about is to let folks know what I am currently working on or planning to work on. Its just a shoot the shit ramblings of me working out what I want to do. And all input is welcome, and anyone who has followed me for years knows already that I work with alot of genetics that I have obtained, and not obtained from the boards. Do I have the boards RKS? NO i dont, Do I have the Boards Sour Diesel? No, because imho its fake, do I work with board Chemdog? No I have my cut I found 9 years ago, before most of you were even on the boards or even knew what it was. I do my best to work with things or introduce new things into other genes. Trying to make an effort to come up something dank, trying to come up with something different, of course there are some board cuts I use, but isnt that the point? Bring together the best of the best? My white cut and ChemdD cuts are outstanding. The Triangle and F-cut OG's are outstanding....I have taken the cuts that are truly dank and worked them into the dank I already have...that I need to say again.....are not board cuts and have no relation to the boards. Other strains Im working to get are all the real deals. Like BB for instance. I dont know the story on BB for sure, but I know in the early nineties I was getting what I would call the "realBB", I have never today popped any of DJ Shorts work that even comes close to what I used to see. When you see me pop up with the real BB, its not going to be some DJ Short work. My goals are to bring back into the genepool whatever old school genes I can get that aren't board cuts or bottlenecked amsterdam f56 crosses.. Can I do it all by myself? Hell no, Do I want to? Hell no, but Im going to do what I can do as best I can. Am I going to be the savior and scour the planet and bring these genes back into the genepool? Probably not. For the meantime, Id rather scour the nooks and crannies of mom and pops that are not online and have these old school gems but have no connection to work them into the online community. Anyone out there honestly think that there are not any genes locked up in some guys coffee can from years ago that is pure dank? For the moment, Im scouring to at least bring in older genes that still might contain some vaities that have been lost because of "bad" breeding on a large scale. Im no savior and I dont pretend to be. Im just some dude that likes the dank and remembers the old days.

with all due respect sir, yall are gods to me. not very many breeders ive heard of before i started growing or thought about growing. 3 to be exact. you guys rock and not just the work, love, and time put in but also the openness and honesty you put out. thanks for all of it.

My roomate dad was in Vietnam!
He has atleast close to 1000 beans in jars from that 70"s era!
Panama red,Thai stick, Jamaican Ganga,laughing Buddha grass,Acapulco gold...
Thai stick was his holy grail smoke, he said those guys back then cured Thai stick in rooms with opium...
Maybe one day we"ll crack em....
Hopefully some are still viable!
