Yea I thought she had a little stretch to her myself.. I readjusted the lights this morning.. She's got a little weirdness going on from her FIM.. Gonna let her recoup then FIM again

most plant stretch can be managed by making sure the temp diff between lights on and off (vDiff) is not to far apart. Shrinking the temp so there is no change will stop all stretch in 99 plants out of 100. It relates to turgor pressure, you need enough to push the nutes to the tips, but big swings will mean she goes up and out :-)
Light., is more to do with location for a plant, so it measures the ratio of red to far red and knows which parts are shaded our not, this is how plants see. Red equals good solid light hitting leaves dark red means more shade from a plant perspective, Not over populating grow rooms will also help prevent too much stretch.
it is true blue light can stop plants reaching, but most growing occurs when lights are out, Controlling temps is a better option imo

Great info @Ecompost .. Now since I've had her for a month now I've had her on 24hr straight with 5 CFL's 23w 5000k and in her own room.. It's way over sized for the moment.. Just waiting in an exhaust fan to come

if I am here mate, yes i usually go by the plant reaching about 10-12 inches, then flip to 12/12 cycle. I feed grow nutes till the plant stops going up, but inttoduce bloom nutes at first sign of flower set. Some strains can double or worse in size, be careful to note your ceiling height. Keep the day night temps closer if she takes off too hard :-)

good luck mate, you might like to try a small 250w HPS for bloom, this will make fatter buds, but more heat may be. Just make sure its getting fresh air too and you will be right buddy

Looks good to me, @Ecompost was just telling you, when he flips his plants they are usually at 10"-12", but that doesn't necessarily mean you have to flip yours at that height. If you have a decent amount of height to work with, for flowering, then you could let her grow some more. I, personally, wait until I see some preflowers before flipping, just to make sure the plant is mature enough. I've put an immature plant into flower before, and literally forced balls from her. It's all about what you want to do, and how you want your plant to perform.:)

just be gentle with our nutes etc mate, they are proper Ag products, not diluted, most plants will live on 1ml/L 3ml/L is about as high as I roll :-)

anytime mate, any questions I am always happy to help. our products i do know :) We make some very technical products, with lots of microbes and beneficial fungus but they are easy to use, we dont mix forest biology with grass type, we only ship pure, our humates being a good example. We are 89.4% humic acid, not 20% or whatever the highest forms are in bottles in shops. If I wanted to sell you water, I would have called our company Evian :)

I can't wait to get the products and really raise my farming ability.. I'm hoping to be all organic and have my cab set up and complete.. That way it'll just be feedings and check ups :D
