New Strain Hype but just Hype

I hate that I can never buy the same strain twice because the new and better sounding strain is always around the corner. I've tried a lot of strains but only once, maybe twice then it's no longer on the menu. Another reason to grow.

We are a species who enslaves each other based on our observations of each others virtues weaknesses and abilities. Don't tell me you've never noticed most of humanity are low iq consumers, bred to be amazed by flashy colors on the packages of low quality product. This is why democrat cities have money, because certain types are easily led on how to waste their money on useless crap.

Not that I can smell but there are 8 other competing scents making it a potpourri of odors......I'll know it when I taste it but I don't have big expectations. it'll have an old skunk taste with to it....I've an Alaska Thunderfuck growing that is supposed to have a skunky scent as well but I'm not getting that either....another 2-3 of weeks and I'll have a better idea, after its dried and see if the name matches the taste.

I don't know what the old skunk plants looked like and I'm sure we smoked it wet. It was hard to keep lit and we used pipes. It wasn't dried like todays weed....

Yikes thats rough. I feel like skunk has long been bred out of most lineages in the hunt for 30% thc, low odor stains for guerrilla grows and Nixons war on "drugs"

Im tired of all this hype myself, its getting to be absurd. All these fufu crosses that taste and smell like musty socks, incense, or fucken cloves.

I feel all the good flavonoids have been bred out with the quest to find "30%" thc strains.

I find a nice balanced hybrid even at 12-15% gets me stupid stoned most times and these "30%" strains just give me a headache, taste like shit, leave a nasty after taste, and smoke harsh as hell. This was the main reason i started growing my own, i couldnt get my hands on a bag i enjoyed for months until i started growing my own.

100%. Musty basement floor is how I describe the taste of most dispo weed. I use a mighty vape, if it tasted good I'd know it.

I would be more than happy to see the trend toward reefer that supposedly smells like baked goods, that started with GSC, end.

Now that I wrote that, I suddenly realized I have a few plants that are a Biscotti cross in my grow, right now. I'm part of the problem!

Oreoz don’t even smell or taste like chocolate. and is why I only grew it once.
I think the cooperate chad’s will be falling out here in the next 3-5 years then things will start to get back to normal especially prices.
And also everyone grows with Athena, frosty on the outside nothing but plant material on the inside.

Yes, trim for a company that uses athena. Makes all strains taste like athena.
