Iv been told your end product will only be as good as your starting material.if it's crap as will the outcome.fire in fire out is the saying I heard.


We just took 7lbs of 2 yrs old trim.and made it into distillate. Still potent as ever.

For taste, rosin wins. Less heat = more flavor but less yields. More heat = less flavor but more yield. There's a trade off. I kept it at 225* pid temp leveled off for 30 mins before pressing.

Interesting information, thanks for that! But may I ask why you prefer BHO, over QWISO & QWET?
