I (almost) knew the last one was the afghan #1!

That TN Kush made me do a doubletake too, though. Pretty plant.
Pretty excited about that one, myself. Keeping my fingers crossed for a male. I’m chomping at the bit to do some pollen chucking

Still evolving and trying to find the right method to suit my own particular needs and abilities.

I’m really leaning towards mixing up my own small batches of amended soil and just using water.
I’m sure that I will incorporate compost teas, eventually, but I am still waiting for the compost tumblers out back to be finished breaking down all the material we have in there. They should be ready soon. I haven’t gone out back there to look for myself in a while, but the kids say it’s breaking down good and there’s lots of fuzzy white stuff.

I like the results that I’ve been seeing with Down-to-Earth dry amendments. I also like supporting local businesses, and their main facilities are all within a few miles of where we live.

also put in an order with SD microbes, I think the Bokashi Bucket composting setup Could be an efficient and compatible method for our yard.
We had most of the parts handy already, so we decided to construct our own bucket and just buy the inoculated grains.
