Newb closet grow

Thought I would post my progress on this 2nd attempt after not doing enough research the first time . I am using ProMix BX w/ Myco under 600w hps about 5' high right now. Room is about 80F. Using a box fan to circulate air. Seeds are Big Bud fem w/ 1 sharksbreath and 1 skunk 47. 7/8 have popped in the last 24. Have some more AK coming. Any advice would be appreciated. I plan to transplant to 3.8gal pots.

Good luck bro.. I do the closet thing with a 600 watter too, and you'll pull off some dank buds for sure.. You will need to have some type of exhust fan in addition to the fan for circulation.. closets do get hot.. Best, and good luck.. DP

I have the door cracked a few inches, I do need to get a thermometer but it feels pretty nice in there.

Picked up a cheap digi thermometer, looks like I may be running a little warm. I bought a shower rod so I could raise the lights about 2' if needed, should I?

New pics, not sure why the stems look so enlongated they are getting plenty of light. Otherwise look nice and green.

Great start, the only recommendation that I would make is to put a little less dirt in the cup to allow for stretch, fill it in later and it makes the stem more stable IMO...

a high of 86 is a lil bit warm. I'd try to get my high closer to 80 if possible. when you transplant to a bigger pot you can bury them up to the bottom leaves to help support the stem.

Yea I played with the height of the light and and cracking the door it is hanging out at 81-82 now. I can't keep the humidity up though with the doors open.

New pics, babies are doing good, nice and green, I do have one mutant that had an odd set of 1st leaves. I think I've revived one of my northern lights from my first attempt. Also new seeds in. Going to be starting some tomatoes soon too.

Well its nearly the end of week one, just about have my setup complete. Have 8 tomatoes, 4 cilantro, and soon to be 4 jalepeno on the other lid. The babies are getting tall and topheavy, I've caught one trying to lay over a couple times. I had to turn the fan off until their stems get stronger. Temps have stabilized in the low 70s with this cold snap.

& I found that 73-76 is perfect temps depending on strain but good for most. Good luck with the rest of the grow I'll be around for more.
