Day 58 flower;
Sorry, I missed a day I had to go out of town to pick up the rare bubblegum seeds from 20 years ago. I have 3 of them and they look viable so wish me luck on reviving this extinct line.
The widow has been seeing 38 to 45 degree nights and is really showing it with lots of deep purple and violets coming out as well as continued decent pistillate activity. she is a goer for sure.

Day 59 flower;
well almost to 2 months and she is still going, quite a bit of new pistillate growth coming out in spurts from the bigger buds. I estimate that the trichomes are at 100%cloudy and at this point no amber. we shall see what she does.
barring snow or freeze my plan is to let go till the end of September.
Day 60 Flower;
indeed doc it's tempting has been for 2 weeks now,,, but I just know this variety. for instance I found a Caterpillar spot again this morning it was a smaller bud so I plucked it well it was dry enough to smoke in a spot or 2 so I got out my lil pipe and had a taste. son of a bitch it is so much different than the earlier seed branches were it was 100% richer and tastier. this strain will try to fool you into taking her early but if you wait for it it's well worth it potency and flavor wise.
Day 61 flower;
well when I went out this morning to tend the garden I found 6 guys clustered around the widow oohing and awing. turns out they were a tree removal crew from next door that just wandered into my yard. well suffice to say that makes today harvest day least they come in the night and steal her.
so I may post once more but pretty sure this is it for this round. stay tuned for next years new and improved grow outdoors as well as my ongoing indoor mission
