Were they well rooted when you put them in those pots? I would scoop them out and put in 12 ounce plastic cup and water with some half strength fertilizer. Make a dome with a baggie for a few days.
They cannibalized themselves some while rooting. They are hungry.

Get them out of there hopefully they still have a viable root system,they need to stretch their little legs but be gentle yup totally transplant them,good luck,happy growing,Peace.
