I have 1.1 gallon of rockwool and I didn't enter because of the overage. Gorilla glue auto 60ish day from sprout. I'll enter next time if the window fits.

Could I enter with the straight half mama 1.1g with next grow? And when does window close? I think I'll have to catch the next 1 gal comp. This fall.

got ya, i'm put a 4 inch uni-block on a uni-slab. there is just no other way around it lol!

How does that slab drain? Is slits enough on the bottom?

ya, the description on the plastic explains the drainage, but in a not shell it needs four cuts.

Is that legal? I know rules indicate it's ok to use a little more than a g, but a third more?

I dunno, it said as long as it's not extra gallons... this was the closest I could find.

If you're taking issue with it, I guess I can use one of my other plants in so called gallon nursery pots... which are actually about 2/3 of a gallon... or I can transplant it.

So I just measured 16 exact cups into another of those pots, and it's only like a half inch lower than where my dirt is... but in the spirit of fairness, I'll transplant it once it's a bit stronger, or use a different plant.

Only needed a week of 18/6 to ensure vigorous growth, leading to victory. Back on (sub) 12/12, outdoor only, up potted to final 1 gallon nursery pot.

Was having a short internal debate on up pot or more light for a few days but the sun is good enough I think it will want the extra root space more.

Also thought of not having to carry it back and forth was to good to pass up.

watering now and since in 6” pot, daily, around noon before the sun light max. Just enough to keep the soil moist, try for no run off.

There's no need for all that. But you could use another plant and have 2 entrys

This is true. I only have 2 others going at the moment, and I plan to put them in the ground to get a decent yield... I was planning on having more, but unfortunately the Texada Time Warp seeds I bought from BCBudDepot were complete bunk, not a single one of 12 germinated! I have a few more on order from across the pond, but not sure if they will arrive in time for this season. I have a bunch of bag seed that I could germinate, but I don't want to gamble with males and unknown genetics this year cause I'm limited on space.

I've had great luck with them in solo cups, only issue is it's heavy on the nitrogen up front and a bit of a falloff in bloom, but it's granulated so you can't really gauge the ratio of the nutes... Basically I go light on their recommendations,same as any other nutrient, then topdress when they show pistils... I'd bet if I used a 7 gallon grow bag and the 5 gallon recommend dose, you'd have a veg monster, then switch to an additional bloom nute dialed back a bit for a pretty good yield.
