Theres a decent new disp. in Holland. There gonna poppin up like crazy.

I went to a new dispensary in the Capitol City Yesterday. Informed me that there were 67 licensed dispensaries in Lansing as of the December 4th Moratorium. I have been to a handful. Yesterday was the first time I saw more than one elite quality strain at any I had visited, but it all stills has something left to be desired cure wise at least.

Does anyone have more information on the law in Grand Rapids preventing or limiting dispensaries?

As I agree with Urban on Location, location, location - unless your referencing the Chinese fast food commercial in Lansing....LOL

I think/hope a court decision will be made soon, but I would also like to say thanks to all those brave individuals willing to put it out their and start a dispensary in these times of unknowns

theres ah big gap with no dispensaries around Taylor or Brownstown which i think would be ah perfect place for one, and would pop the fuck off!

Oh, ive only been to 3 total and thats once or twice ah year. but ill probably never go to one again.

i'm going to go check out a few tomorrow and take some bud up to them and see what they say. i have a feeling they will be in love with my product ive seen what they have and it just does not compare.

If your talking about the place im thinking, you will blow them away. Dont let them try to low-ball you if your gonna sell it, they only sell schwag for 50, yours is definately 60 there...

all the legal crap aside, i would think the most difficult thing would be having a steady, readily available supply of good products. most of the bud i see locally is amateur hour.

I don't know where in Michigan you are, but there is a group of us in SW, that only grow top quality product. Most of us have been doing it for 20 years or so. And for us it is a passion to grow top quality product, its not about the quantity.

We have only provided for patients we know, as we really haven't talked to any dispensaries.

why is it that successful people aren't jumping on the idea of opening up a dispensary. oh yea, because they have enough going on for them that they aren't going to risk all the legal trouble they could potentially run into.

the smart ones are at least approaching the local city officials, police chiefs, county sheriff etc.. to see what their stance is on dispensaries. some will thrive, and won't be bothered, some will go down in flames.
