Optimizing Cbn Levels For Outdoor Cannabis

Any tips or tricks for higher levels of CBN? If im correct CBN comes from oxidized THC,so even if im sacrificing THC I want more CBN. Tips?

I have heard that if you wait a little longer than normal to cut, the trichs will turn reddish brown. When a lot of them turn reddish brown then cut. Over-ripe buds are supposed to have more CBN but my understanding is you will have less THC.....

Yes I understand that. But this is UW,a primarily CBD strain,I want to use it for medical reasons and CBN works amazing for me,especially for getting to sleep at night. THC tends to give me anxiety for the most part.
