Or maybe go start my mother's day gift for my ole lady's mom. Pressure wash deck and porch. Get it ready for some fresh sealer

Was a handyman back in day. did many washes and re stains.
I found if you use small pump sprayer with a solution of bleach and water 75 water to 25 bleach it really cleans it up well. spray on rinse off.
Did a fence once. all the neighbors were wowed. Got lots of jobs after that..

I am the world worse painter. spill and slop more than paint...
We remodeled and used that no fume Sherwin Williams top of line paint.
I think it was worth it, get what you pay for what do you reckon?

Sherwin Williams spreads real nice. Ime rarely does it need a 2nd coat

I honestly think low voc paint isn't as tough. But I've used a ton of it and it's all gonna be that way soon

Good paint = Good results. IMO.
Cheap paint = Do it over. IMO.

Paint is just like nutrients. Fancy label doesn't make it any better. There only so many factories that produce, then sell for a different label
