Nice and and fair enough. I totally get the having way too much to use. I usually end up giving it away and sharing amongst friends and family.
Hello mate. How's it going?just doing my biweekly look into how you're getting on.Sun afternoon, they are moving!
They are looking beautiful. Love the difference in structure/leaves between the Sativa (Zamadelica, front right) and all the other Indica/Hybrids. So stark, what a fantastic plant. The God Particle, top left, is still being slightly odd but getting on with things so leave her to it and others are vigorous to say the least. Pinot #2, bottom left, lagging behind for obvious reasons.
LST is looking ok and definitely growing nicely in to shape but could be better in places for sure. Some so large now that I need to pull down from outside with ties maybe or could it be time for trying the LST clips? Scary.
I think I now recognise the benefits of what topping could do with some LST for a more uniform plant. Next grow maybe? To be fair they'll be fine but good to learn and understand these things more as you grow.

Light is up to lvl 9 now (around 610 PAR) directly underneath in the middle) and sitting at 2ft or thereabouts above the canopy. They are all straining in towards the centre. Will be up to 10 tomorrow I think then should be ok till new one arrives later this week...PLS GOD HURRY UP! Have I mentioned the new light before... ?
As 5/6 are now flowering I've been starting to try and move the environment slowly towards flowering conditions (so ballparks off 40-50% humidity and slightly lower temps if needed 65F-80F). Particularly as I have one left in veg (the Pinot #2) so trying to give it as much veg envn as possible before I switch fully over. So to that aim I've begun to drop the humidity slightly day by day. Was at 62%, currently at 57%. This with keeping the temp where it was (at the moment) I'm trying to get it into its new VPD range of 1.2 - 1.5. Will take a while but slowly moving towards it this week which is fine.
Let's not talk about me getting my temps/VPD muddled up for a day and dropping that which lowers the VPD, instead of raising the temp which increases the VPD. And opposite for humidity! Anyway, back on the right track now...
Fantastic guide and charts here which might be of use to others: https://pulsegrow.com/blogs/learn/vpd
Anyway, hope everyone else had a great weekend and happy growing...
Ah there we go, I thought the froot fuel was your first grow.Hello mate, glad to hear you've done your harvest, how did it go? I'll check your thread as well. You drying now or done and all trimmed up?
Number of harvests would be two, maybe three I suppose, this would be my fourth once we get there. First was a tiny 0.5gal plant so not sure I'd class as a harvest but was my first learner grow. Then I did a couple of plants outside (2) all last Summer followed by my first tent grow (3) which was the one previous to you with the Froot Fuel () et al. Now on to this grow.
It's getting wild in there, I need to space those plants out some more.
To update the outdoor grow. I popped one of the seeds on the 20th in to its pellet and it has been sat in the dark, humid warmth since.
Two days later I was dropping off to sleep when a thought popped in to my head...you didn't actually germinate the seed (in a glass of water for 24hrs) before putting in the pellet, because I was so stoned...oops! I was so happy with myself I didn't even notice...lol!
So, we'll leave her in there and give her a bit longer to arrive. Silly sod.
Did you ever get your gnats sorted? I brought them in with CoM last year also. Diatomaceous earth is good to cover the soil with, if you get a powder it will also give silica and calcium to your plants, which will be good for flower
Lookin nice in there! Those all going outdoors?Quick update from me, been meaning to all week, you know how it is!
Lot's been going on down my way. So I finally tried the LST clips out this week as was getting wilder and wilder and they are...brilliant! May have had a slight bending of one and break of another branch on first plant I did (all taped up and healing now) but rest were great. One of them didn't even need them due to some great uniform growth from my earlier LST.
So did that with some defoliation to make sure all bud sites were getting light and removing the lower weak ones. Always feels so brutal but 24hrs later like it never happened.
Gave 5/6 their first flowering booster last night as well (as in to second week of flowering) and fed the Pinot #2 with some CoM plant/veg feed. That second Pinot #2 is odd though as it's hardly vegged but already beginning to flower yet is weeks behind the others. It's like it's seen them flower and gone...watch this...lol!? See how it goes I suppose.
The God Particle also (bottom right in pics) is an odd one. Hard to describe but unlike the others it seems to be biding its time and not exploded in to growth yet. Again, see how she goes, it's interesting. Some nice parentage there (Froot Fuel x Granite Haze) so I'm hoping she does well.
Also installed a second fan so I can have high and low air circulation as much needed now.
Got the VPD up slightly but need that drier weather (lower humidity) which is coming. I don't see the point of buying a de-humidifier, yet. Plants are fine though.
And last but not least...the new light! Was all set to get a tracking number on Tues to be met with, "it's assembled in China and ready to go but they have their national Labour Day holidays May 1st - 5th"....n00000000!!!So everything shuts down completely and back on 6th. Gotta laugh at this point really. Anyway, should ship 6th or 7th and Mammoth have been great to be honest and totally upfront and apologetic. Instead of shipping to their warehouses as per normal they are sending expedited air freight direct to my door (and many others I suspect). Hopefully arrive by next weekend if I'm lucky or just after.
Phew, that was a lot so here's a few pics from last night. Monstrous growth, so much so I have to keep raising the lights slightly nearly every 24hrs! Love it.

Im glad it worked out for you. Yea, last round was the first experience ive had with the fucks. I have those yellow stickies on every plant now, check them each watering to make sure i dont get any. Really bummed it was CoM, that dirt smells delicious. Im trending coco now, last couple soil mixes have been in HPCC, that added coco makes for much easier watering. To be honest it didn't really escalate. I gave them one spray with some neem oil and also put a glass with some apple cider vinegar and few drops of dish soap in there and seemed to do the job. See the odd one flying about but nothing else. Thanks for the tip though.
Long may it continue!
