Don't judge your plant by pics of how large someone else's is at the same age. Some plants start slower and take off later. Seems like every one of mine has. I have yet to have a plant start extremely well.

The more wind the better! Don't forget your not trying to grow leaves so leaf burn shouldn't matter to much. Especially if it is causing low stress training to occur. Put your plants in a tent that is in a vacuum and see the difference versus the plants being in a tent with a fan. You need multiple fans and a strong exhaust. I just recently flipped my exhaust to push more air in my tent and my results are amazing

Take notice of the DLI (Daily Light Integral) and use it as a guide. Don't assume that your plants need the most intense light that you can give them all the time.

You could damage your plants if you give them way too much or way too little light...

Understand the basics of PAR, PPF, and PPFD as well as UVB with your lighting, and how it compares with the watts and lumens, and use this to your advantage! Things such as lowering the intensity, adding UVB, and going to 13 hours of dark the last 2 weeks of flower can all cause better results than frying your plants up close with an HPS or other red light source cranked to the max.
