Did you guys ever get your PhotoBio’s dialed in? I have only been growing indoors a little over a year and also just recently made the switch to 100% LED and chucked all my HPS gear. On my last grow I did 2 HPS and 2 PhotoBio’s not knowing any better and that was pretty much a disaster mainly because of the different environments needed for each type of light. But now that I’m 100% LED I am getting some stretch that is completely screwing my whole grow up and the old school guy that helps me on another Forum just keeps telling me to lower the lights more. As you will see in the pics I am 6 inches off some of the tops and the plants are still going to outgrow the room at this point. I’m guessing that since it’s LED I need to raise the light and lower the intensity but I have to seriously get this stretch slowed down or hopefully halted or chances are I will have to start over I guess. These pics are from day 10 and all the plants went in 12-16 inches tall. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
I currently run the following:
Coco DTW
My nutrients are the recipe from Bill Farthing
Power Si
Jacks 3-2-1
Fulvic Acid
Drip Clean
I have 3 PhotoBio’s and 1 Growers Choice E720
My EC is currently going in at 2.2 and is 2.0 in the runoff.
Ph is 5.6 going in and 5.8 in the runoff.
Temp is currently 83.3F Day and 77.1F Night
Rh is 71.2% Day and I do my best to get to 60% at night but normally only get to around 65% until I get my second Dehuey back from the drying room in a couple more days.
CO2 is set at 1440
I think that’s about it so here goes on my embarrassing stretch photos.
The last 2 are day 1. The second photo is the same strain and yet the plants in the front of the tray under the same light did not stretch like Gumby on Crack! I know these are already screwed up but anything that you guys can think of to help slow the stretch this time as well as how to not repeat this disaster on my next grow would be greatly appreciated.
Peace out,
LJ
