Plants not budding????

last nights pics still budding very slow
Can’t help that some colas are growing past light should I trim theses branches down or just leave them?

You will need to deal with the height somehow. If you leave it as is all the buds that grow well just get burned up.

I don't see any easy solution there it looks like you're out of horizontal space to bend them down and scrog.

If at all possible I would look for another place to grow where you have a bit more height and area to work with.
