Just want to clarify something for automated coco. Went to the hydro shop yesterday to get pots, and the 1 gal pots for flood tables are not a liquid gallon? E.g. a 1 gallon pot, looks like you could poor a half gallon of water into it.

Are those the 1 gallon pots used for flowering coco? I should use that over the 3 gallon (which looks more like 2 gallon)

Sorry for the q's....I think I just need a little encouragement to get over the pot size lol. I've never flowered in anything less than 5 gallon. What a tiny root ball this would be!!!

How long do you coco guys veg in 1 gal?

Also, for the actual drain on the table, do you guys just build a frame to raise the table and tap it for a drain? I just want to make sure my plan is good before starting it.

It’s l up to you brotha. If you flower in the 1 gal you just need to feed more often to make sure you won’t dry out. In the 3 gal you can feed 2-3 times a day. But that’s less oxygen to the roots. Not necessarily bad thing just different style.
N ya just make a catch tray however works for you.

So if I have a Rez and timers etc, the 1 gal with straight coco (or close) is the most efficient?

Is 9 plants on a 4'x4' tray too much?

How long and often do u feed? Every hour for 1 minute or so?

I watched 2 or 3 episodes a while back but, didn't really draw me in too much, been meaning to go back and see if they get any better. It's kinda similar to Electric Dreams, same idea, different story every episode but, Electric Dreams is better imo. That one's on Amazon, it shows somewhere else too but, can't remember where.

Finally got my freakin' internet back on, the bastards apparently mixed us up with someone else who wanted their service turned off because they're moving or some shit. Fuckers.

U guys see that thread when do i mark the the first day of flower?

It seems so dumb to me to call the first day of flower anything other than the day u flip....otherwise, it leaves it way too open to interpretation....

Man if ppl can make some shit needlessly complicated they do....

Some ppl r sayin i count from the first day i see pistils....i fuckin see pistils in veg wtf?

I hate when I see people saying “ day 10 flower” and the pic is like puff ball buds. Gtfoh 10 days.
