I find that I can stuff a lot of good veggies and fruit into a smoothie and chug that down fairly easily.
Thats how i ran it too. Comes out pretty good if you do it fast. Did you winterize it? Probably more comparable to bho if you do.Yes dried Frozen trim frozen alcohol fast wash. I used that app when i was lifting and tryig to gain. Great app once you get the hang of it.Got a smart phone? Just download My Fitness Pal. Only gotta track calories for 2-3 days and see where you're at for an average. Has a barcode scanner and a large library so it's easy and quick to track everything
From there add 500 calories on top of what you're averaging. Should gain about a pound a week
