I recently got a solistek controller unit and 5 1000w de lights and I have to say they are kicking gavitas ass so far, can’t speak highly enough of the units or the customer serviceJust like the probe in the gavita controller!
I’ve got them hanging inbetween rather than under the lights and it seems pretty accurate. I’ve got a few thermometers dotted about and they all seem to concur with each other.Definitely still awesome.
And it reads pretty accurate? I know when I put a cheap one hanging under the lights it reads way higher than it should because of the light

Was gonna ask what does that mid day dimming then I read you are using the solis controller.so that thing will dim whenever you want?New toys, I got 2 of these air comforts and set them up last night. They monitor temps and humidity and send the info via Bluetooth to an app on your phone. Only £50 for 2, they aren’t marketed for growing which is probably why they are reasonably priced. They seem to work though, u can see on the temperature graph where my lights dim every 3 hours to mimic cloud cover and give the plants a little siesta.
