I have no comment on weather. I’m from the Bay Area. If it’s 65 or lower we freeze if it’s 78 or higher we’re close to heat stroke. It’s gets rugged.

Easy. You wrap foam pool noodles around the cooler and fill it with ice. Fill with beer. Then tie to your inflatable raft and go fish.
