@Toaster79 and @str8smokn mentioned already but I've seen that on my buds that were touching the panda film. Much larger spots though, I threw mine away. And it had that bright shiny, almost blueish mold. One time when drying the fan blew on of the spindly branches off the hanger. I had plastic on the floor, and a similar effect happened. I'm pretty sure that's what happened in your case, just on an infinitely smaller scale. Either while growing, or just after.

I recently tossed a tent full of plants bc I mistook light burn for bugs. I was trying to keep them growing slowly, and the combo of low nutes, small pot, and 400w was too much for them. I tossed them all, started over, and the same thing started happening : ( Swapped the light, and they all went back to normal :(

Just when I think I'm getting the hang of something, these plants slap me back into reality lol. I'm just a hack who gets lucky most of the time...HA!
