I have been doing that for 2 - 3 years now. I found it on icmag I think. But I use bigger pots so I don't have to do the roots so often. I tried those little 2" pot that was a pain in the ass. Hell I will grow big mom's agin inset of 2" pots. That was hard to keep up with.

Basically the same thing. I just use a five-by-five pot. Trimming back about once a year 2 inch off the bottom 1inch off all sides put them back in whatever medium you want to use good to go.

Finally transplanted the rest of the plants. 3 cheeses and 1 purple haze got 2gal pots the rest are already in 3 gal. That royale haze in the bottom right corner is a fucking beast. Good two weeks after transplant from 0.8L to 12L pot, roots are clumping at the bottom of the pot. Never had a plant grow that fast. When those in smaller pots take off I'm flipping them. Shouldnt take more than two weeks. Dusted roots with myco and watered them in with some molasses and biobizz heaven. By the time they're ready I should also have a small 2'x2.5'x2.5' veg box slapped together. Also ordered 1x1 meter heat mat so the whole bottom of the tent is warm when the lights are out. The smaller heat mat is to be mounted in the veg box. I'll also have the air running over the veg box lighting at the top, out on the side and into the tent. This way I'm pulling a bit warmer air in the tent when the lights are out and cooling the veg lighting at the same time.
