Gingersnap x Gelato
Gelato/g33/Larry Bird
This is 1 of 2 that popped upside-down and I flipped it. The other didn't make it and this one just started growing after about 5-6 weeks of nothing, zombie

I almost tossed it 2 weeks ago when the other one dried up.
This one has taken off but a weird initial set of leaves.
I figure I planted 38 seeds 3 x's and have 3 seedlings and 1
isn't viable. Oh well, got hundreds more seeds and I'll give it another go this year looking for a mom.
I just looked and I started planting the Gelato 1/31. I've never spent this much time getting a couple seedlings. Fun times
This past Saturday I started a new batch of Green Sauce
It's a lactose fermentation recipe that gut healthy and lasts about 6 months without preservatives. I could smell it this morning walking through the kitchen. When I get home today I'll blend it up
Since my tomatoes are started
10 Romas, 10 Giant Pink Belgiums and 9 Brandywine I thought I'd start my peppers and squash
I see a couple squash seeds have cracked, another chore for later but nothing else yet.
I've grown these years ago
(I keep the sweet green Basil growing year round, wife loves it) but these are really beautiful. I'll set a few in Kratky bottles for the kitchen window
