After a fall harvest of seedy bud I'm really enjoying this winter seedless. Not one seed, not even on the two that threw balls before the flip. Weird but nice.

I decarbed a gram of kief, wrapped it in a coffee filter, tossed it in a jar and added 190 proof alcohol. I usually use 2-4 grams of bud per oz of alcohol. I'll make more and then make some ejuice.

While I'm disappointed with the overall amount of flower at least I'm harvesting and not having to purchase. These plants were in flower over 3 months and in fall would have produced at least triple the weight but the flower I got is very good so can't complain too much.

I was cleaning my weed drawers yesterday afternoon and found some wax and half a gram of Amnesia Haze. Not much wax but the neighbor and I got hammered last night and there's plenty for tonight. Score!

New phone should be arriving tomorrow. Very tired of typing on this shattered screen. Hard to read on it as well and no pictures suck. I'm really hard on phones and will keep the new on in a case😜

Still waiting on seeds to pop. 24 planted and nothing yet. My main goal this week is to get the snap peas and lettuce seedlings off my try, charge several pounds of coco and get ready for the next batch. Can't wait!

Lite schedule today. Repipe estimate and then lunch at Fat Ivers.

It's a rib joint in Valley Center we love. They have a bacon burger, fries & salad for $9.50. One of the best burgers anywhere.

Time to get motivated and get a few things done before I have to jet.

Happy Growing!

Seriously, I've watched my folks and mother-in-law die. All took good care of themselves WHEN they got "older" other than my mother-in-law. She went in 2 months. Horrible as it was mine went in frickin years. Old man lasted 3 plus fricking years after his body was paralyzed from a stroke. That's what really killed him, eventually. I've watched too many go. Trust me, when the time comes you want it to come right now, not in 2, 3, 5 months or years. I got a do not resuscitate order. I don't wanna be a veggie let alone eat too many🤣

But hey, I get it. We want to live forever and we have family depending on us being there for them, those selfish bastards😜

but I enjoyed the results of the extended flowing time on these last fall so maybe a little longer. More body high, better pain relief.

Really looking forward to tasting this one. Haven't had GDP in a couple years but will be producing seed!

Natural predators, gotta love 'em.

Lots to do today like trimming and jarring. I will be making more hash but will wait until all winter crops are harvested and dried. 7 more to go.

Happy Growing!

So yesterday I'm planting seedlings and cleaning out baskets and find this
IMG 20200309 144129

A snap pea seedling that wasn't growing well. Now I know why. I've placed this in a cup with a loose fitting lid and will monitor to see what type of bug I've got.

Growing outside there's so many bugs that can attack and negatively effect plants.

Chemgopher Kratky seedlings
20200309 170239

Tried this a few months ago but mice/rats ate them all. Seriously doubt they'll grow well after the first month but we'll see.

Rain all frickin week and maybe 2 weeks. I still have 2 adults out in it but will take them down in a day or two and 5 under cover in the tomato stand. With the new seedlings and clones I don't have room to put the adults back into the greenhouse so they'll have to survive the weather.

7 more plants to harvest and my first winter outdoor grow ends. I seriously doubt I'll try planting this late in the year (never say never) as the buds never fully filled out due to the lack of light and the cold. Smoke is good and the kief/hash excellent not to mention all the colors but after 6-7 months I should be sitting on several pounds of flower.

I'll be flipping the female GDP in the next few days. Sure hope she doesn't take 3+ months to finish like the gophers.

Time for work, Happy Growing!

Ground Pounder, 2 Darth Vader's and a Chemgopher up front.

This winter grow was a challenge but worth the effort. Flowers never fattened, lack of light during flowering as well as the cold, which did give them some nice colors. Better yet I haven't been to a dispensary since June last year.

So while this grow winds down the GDP's that survived my Oct/Nov planting should produce a few hundred seeds. All the clones that survive will be flipped in April to make room for the summer planting and supply some smoke.

Hoping for a banner year!

Happy Growing!

They've got the west side of the greenhouse for the next 5-6 weeks, by then the weather should be nice and I'll move her outside and chop him and harvest pollen. I'll bleach the greenhouse after.

I figured on boxing up everything and having a friend ship it then renting a 20' van with out of state plates to move what we keep. We'll sell the cars. Maybe 2 or 3 boxes and seeds in each box and ship them separate. Something to think about.👍
