Plumber's Reversal Experiment Part Deux

I just saw the price decrease to $22.85 for Mary J's generic STS, but I'd recommend paying extra for delivery

I already bought some. I am not sure which, can't remember and too lazy to look right now. I'll know tomorrow since it's supposed to be delivered. I'll shout out.

It's been a bit. Our wet and rainy weather has been a bitch the past couple weeks and I felt no need to spray when the rain would just wash it off. The Mother's Milk group

Battered and bruised. Time to remove the reversed female and compost and look for seeds. I did look around Christmas and was hoping to remove her at that time but I didn't feel any seeds. Hopefully there are some now.

Looks like she need to be sprayed again but at this point I'll probably just compost the sprayed fem and allow the other two to finish.

No pollen balls to be found. She didn't receive another STS before the rains came. Another I'll compost and revisit at another time.

No pics of the hemp, I'll have to update later today or tomorrow.

The weather was unexpected as normally it's nice here until end of January into March. Being outside there's nothing I could do. Hopefully the MM, BBHP and the hemp will produce fem seeds.

Unusually busy today so I may not get to them today but our weather is back to normal with sunshine expected through the weekend.

How are those snap peas doing? This is the first year I've ever put them out, had no idea they do so damn good in the winter. Mine looks like a tumbleweed the way it keeps growing and attaching to itself.

They're growing up the wall like yours. I put a trellis in and they'll fill the area next to the gate so every time we walk in or out we enjoy their womder fragrance. I grow them for the Mrs, her favorite. Her granny grew them back in the day. They die back every summer but self seed every year. I've got their
pot on a 2 a day water timer with all the plants around the pool.

Nasty. Have I mentioned just what a cluster it's been growing outside the past 2 weeks? I wasn't kidding. They're on the East side of the house under the eves. Great spot the rest of the year but obviously not so in the cold and rain. I'll clean them up and let them dry out today and spray them down this evening.

So after the interference from the weather I'm down to 3 sets from 5, Mother's Milk, Blueberry Hash Plant and the hemp. GDP and Gelato I'll revisit in the Spring.

So, looks like I'm back to square one and on to Part Tres

BBHP with Zero seeds. Mother's Milk, Gelato and Cherry Wine hemp the same. I have yet to check the GDP but at this point not hopeful but I'll give it look see today.

Why didn't it work this time? No idea. I sprayed the plants until pollen sacs developed and expected the plants to do their thing and all they did was laugh at me. Very strange so here we go again but in Spanish instead of French this time...

PART TRES
Instead of spraying an entire plant I'm going to focus on one branch of a BBHP and a Cherry Wine hemp, the two that I have others waiting for fem seeds (ME TOO).

I have several clones of both strains and need to up pot a BBHP today and choose a hemp plant then begin spraying. Pics to follow this evening.

Not sure what the problem was but this time I'm going collect the pollen and fertilize the plant(s) manually.

A lot of wasted time, effort and $ again

Might have just been the weather being a dick. We've endured a combination one-two punch of pollen killers: The rain, then the dry wind. Is it possible to mix too strong and have a plant become too "trans" to accept pollen? Havent played with STS yet but it's on my list.

Part Tres, BBHP

She got neem the other night and will be up potted today to a 2 gallon pot with March 1 as start date.

I'll flip at least one female to also receive pollen but this time I won't stop spraying when the pollen balls begin to show, I'll give it another couple sprays and then collect the pollen when the balls start to open and pollinate by hand to make sure the flowers receive the pollen.

Pain in the ass

I'm still looking at the hemp plants and debating which if any to use. Thinking of doing just the one BBHP for now and then returning to the hemp in April although I still have some silver nitrate in rock form that I want to give another try of making my own reversal spray and may try it on a hemp plant. We'll see how ambitious I can get
