That one skinny Columbian smells so good. It's pickier than the others. It doesn't like the soil as much, shys away from the light, hasn't been drinking as fast as the others. But dang, the stems smell strong.

you should feed her less, since she is a full sativa from the looks, she wont be as hungry as the others

I mixed all the soil the same, I give only water so far. I'll have to take it easy with top dressing that one. It's coming around and growing faster, but it had a setback earlier in life. I almost culled it and planted something else, but I want to see what comes of it.

I was talking to an old friend of mine yesterday. He says he found a bottle with some old pot seeds he saved from over 20 years ago in Utah. He says he remembers it being really good pot that smelled like skunk, maybe something Oaxacan or Columbian, he wasn't sure. Has maybe 30 seeds, I'm trying to take them off his hands. Send some good vibes my way that he is willing to part with more than a couple.

Definitely a male. Too bad because this one grew fast, strong, and big. I almost want to flower it to get some pollen, but I want bud more. Chopped him down and planted 5 more. Triangle Grape Cake x Original OG from @Trustfall.

I did some more bending and pinching, bushing them out a bit more. Came back a couple hours later and the tent reeks. In a good way. I'm pretty sure it's the Columbians. I'm glad I got a new carbon filter for flowering.

Saw my old friend today. He hooked me up with almost all of his seeds he had stashed from over 20 years ago in Utah. He said the little darker ones are probably chocolate Thai strains (brown psychedelic buds), not sure about the rest. The rest are random bag seeds from good smoke. I'm super excited to grow some out

New tall flower tent is built. I'll be setting up and dialing the environment tonight and probably putting in the plants to get ready for flowering.

The triangle grape cake x original og seeds are sprouting.

I'll be looking for signs of sex and probably topdressing/watering as I move these to their new flowering home.

Jumping in just in time. Love the columbian dude. Landrace and/or old school sativas are my jam for personal head stash. Choc Thai is fun too. Never really had any that tasted amazing (although it was generally grown outdoors in questionable conditions), but it can be some trippy stuff. Hope they pop for you and give you some ladies. I topdressed the plants. Started by wetting the surface of the soil, then sprinkling terp tea bloom over the entire surface, one spoonful.

Then I put about a half inch of soil mix containing mycorrhizae, EWC, compost, and other goodies. Then watered until saturated.

Might have another male PNGxKashmir, hard to tell right now, but suspect.

I want to build a RDWC system. I love growing organic in soil, it's easy and tastes great, but I want to one day build a 6 site undercurrent system. That seems to be the ultimate hydro system, to me. Then there is coco DTW that looks pretty simple to set up... For now I'm sticking to soil.

I grew with super soil back in my youth, as I started to expand my grow knowledge I found the DTW method from my mentor, also from some guy named @Aquaman and the DTW method was instituted in my 4x4 Viparspectra and now I have 2 tents running DTW with acknowledged success! SS
