1st week of flower. Everything seems to be going good. I took a bunch of fan off the top of my GBC. The bottom branches are shooting for the light now. Hope all is well.

Could some of you share your stories on how you pop your babies? (feels like I'm wasting over 12 seeds - almost murder)

Going very well, don't worry about it, I think sometimes your games not on, and the seedlings die, this year was my worst I lost like 30 seed/seedlings do to bad luck, some take a day to crack open strech outs the dirt. Some you can wait a week dig em up, and their going side ways under the dirt. Or just cracked. Nd then some like just die and start rotting. So your stoked and then disappointed, I know what you mean about being a murderer, I said fuck it germ a shit load at a time and I had a bunch die. So I just keep the numbers down now. Keep concentration on a couple seeds nd help em out if they need it. My survival rates have been good doing it like this. I know. I feel like a bad parent. That's why I even keep my runted ones. Or retarded ones. And you know I think they are gonna be fine.

I germ on a styrofoam plate with a wet napkin on it. Throw the seeds on that, throw some plastic wrap over them. Nd I can keep an eye on them. Some don't pop at all. It's inevitable. Hope all is well.

if they are new seeds ( fresh from like last season, ill just pop them in the dirt from now on.. older seeds ill use the bowl method with some peroxide. but i live in the desert and trying to keep a paper towel moist failed for me. laughs )

Ahahaha, that's one of the reasons I pop a couple at a time.

What i did was move them from the cups of water into a paper towel (carton roll) each have their own piece and labelled so i don't mix them up...
I had to throw all 3 24k seeds away. 1 silver haze.
My seeds are all fresh... Less than 6 months and some less than 2 months...
I will try the "direct in dirt" method after the Styrofoam method...

I am even willing to sing to them if that would work...
Can't let the one that actually worked grow to far ahead...

I want to ask a question... On my first grow (still in progress) i topped up the soil about 3-5 times as they were growing...
Now that the pots are almost 100% full... i see roots growing from what would have been stem if not topped up.

So i can assume that what ever we place under soil will become a root system generator? (don't go over-board and cover her up passed the bottom round leaves. "her first pair")

I have topped her up and she looks so comfy...

Yeah I soak them and some will crack. Then I transferred to paper towel. N a warm area. Like my arm pit.

These are all CFL-grown from a bag of randomly assorted chron seeds and I'm wondering what type of plants they are ie. Sativa, hybrid, indica etc. Im closing in on the 6th and final week of vegetative growth for the three big plants. I want to defoliate just two of the plants before I start 12/12. I had already defoliated two days ago so I hope I don't overdue it. It's my first time trying LST or Schwazzing so please share your opinions.
PS. For anyone that thinks defoliating hurts yields, I'd like to see picture proof. :)

I'm not a strain guy.... (meaning i can't tell what is what with other peoples plants... but with mine i know instantly...)
great looking CFL plants... mine are also CFL... but now sun during the day and bathroom at night...
My indoor is CFL 100%

Here's my hindu girls bathing with the runts Infront. They have been not so runtish lately. Good sun. Good nutes. Good runts. They came from the mix bag I got. So theirs three random strain s. All the other ones dint crack so like 3 of 10 seeds cracked and sprouted. Only one normal one. Dang. That was a shitty pack of ten. But w.e

It was almost a sweet skunky piney fuel flavor. Super skunky when she flowered. Really strong couch lock. I loved it for relaxing. Yeah, I labeled mine cus I got label maker w.e. feel more official. Ahahaha.
