Pellet stove is a little warm this morning, but that outside temperature makes 78 sound real nice

aerosol, actually :) close enough though. Used to have a dual action iwata airbrush that I could never get the hang of, cans are much simpler.

i call myself a recovering vandal as I used to paint illegally. Trying to force myself back into painting now that I've got kids but at the lower risk of on canvas and a wall I have in the back yard. gonna actually hit this canvas with brushes next, layer a bunch of glazes to create depth and retain some of the underlying textures built up by the can work. may end up just painting over it all though.

Nice you got some Anesia stuff. I've had great luck with their seeds. I have a bunch still to try, but Gelato Dream was a good one, nice big buds and potent. Haven't tried Slurricane but I've done Big Bazooka(29% tested), Sour Apple, Gelato Dream, White Runtz(29% tested), Bruce Banner(24% tested), Future # 1, and Super Glue. I still have Cherry Kiss, Chocolate Haze, Panama Red, and a bunch of others to try.

Watch out for late flower nanners. Could have been stress from my setup but they seem more common in super high thc strains from them.

yep i’ve grown lots from them, pretty much the only breeder i buy from.. the gelato dream is perfect for outdoors here, never any issues as in mildew pest etc.. just have to be prepared for supporting the branches with huge buds..
my next indoor grow is the imperium X, just started those a couple weeks or so ago..
Anesia is definitely kick ass stuff, just wish they would send me a hat or t shirts haha..
also another breeder i buy from is
worldsstrongeststrains.com..

Happy Thanksgiving for the US folk! Today I'm grateful that the thoughts my brain meat produces haven't overpowered my strength, that my children are healthy and happy, and the friends I can count on one hand are steadfast. Here are a couple agar plates. Still working out how to properly photograph these things, can't get my computer to recognize the SD card from my Nikon now, so gotta figure that out.

This one has bacterial contamination so I need to transfer soon. Love the structure of mycelium on agar like this.

This stuff is a bit more interesting. letting it go a bit longer before transferring again.

Isolating a monoculture is along tough road. Out of like 20 attempts I've done it twice. But once you get that mono its just huge flush after huge flush!

not going after a monoculture with these, trying to stay as close to the germination generation as possible. Once I do send whatever looks most promising to fruit, I'll be taking clones of the largest, most aggressive fruit bodies and then start working on a true isolation. Eager to get to those plates that look 100% uniform, simply because damn they sexy haha

these plates are both contaminated with bacteria so not fully clean cultures yet. Have a feeling I'm going to be struggling with bacteria until my flow hood is built simply because I have carpet gremlins and a 90lb dog that's as tall as my ol lady so while my aseptic technique is on point, those monsters don't help when trying to work in a SAB.
