Oh. Absolutely, the powder is better than the liquid though. This stuff packs on weight like crazy. But since I went back to advanced, which, I couldn’t be happier with that decision, it has been 5 years easy. Just a more tailored nutrition regimen from them. Less is more imo. So I parked the ff soluble trio, and I’m gonna get back to this stuff again.I’m going to check it out, you’ve seen good results?
