My husband owns a sawmill and mushrooms like that however sometimes harmful to the tree, do make really pretty wood when it's cut down if you ever have to cut her down, especially in walnut , you should have some super pretty spalting in the grain!Thank you! This is what i did with it :3. Sorry my camera isn't as good as the seller. Neck is kiln roasted flame rock maple. Had to make a 2 piece body couldn't afford a chunk this nice big enough for a 1 and Flame figuring looks best on a 2 piece anyway. And i went for a flame body, not just a flame top. Isn't bookmatched, but who cares it has a pickguard. Id have had to make a 4 piece body to get a book-match from this board anyway, and i didn't want that much glue in my guitar.
Finish on neck is straight boiled linseed. Body is True oil over linseed
