I love surfcasting, even dock fishing when the big bunker are in. I can appreciate how difficult it must be to catch fresh water fish. I even like the taste of a few.I remember fishing shitty muddy rivers in Wyoming, nothing but two pound rainbows at 7,000 ft.
What is a Sucker?I lived on the Arkansas in Colorado in Salida.
This river stays 55 degrees got Rainbows and Browns. Biggest one I caught 6.5 pounds but most couple pounds. This river most part is about 4 foot feet deep. Bunch of Outfitters have Camping and Floating. Lots of things happen in the Summer.

Dam, JJ got skills with the camera!
Suckers resemble a small carp, bony bottomfeeder with a good fight on light tackle. During spring spawn we finger gilled them under creek banks in PA as kids. What is a Sucker?
I've seen videos of goant Carp that have invaded entire rivers. They can actually jump up, and knock someone out.
Where is that happening?
I guess if there were fish in the Guadalupe in Texas, that would be a whole bunch of fun..So I should correct myself
I was lucky enough to own a couple muscle cars from the late 60's and early 70's. I had a '69 Pontiac Tempest with a 350 in 1977 and that thing was quick. I'm lucky I survived that car. It's an era that will never return. When even somebody of little means, even a teen-ager, could get their hands on some shiny muscle with new tires. And proceed to terrorize the neighborhood, smoke those tires, and draw the attention of police. LOTS of attention from the police. I got so sick of the flashing red and blue lights.
black sheap"FAT GUY IN A LITTLE SUIT" (Name the movie?)
I posted this in the breeders thead as well. I thought it was worth sharing as I don’t often see colas get this large, and frosty post pollination in such small containers, under low wattage lights. 250 MH/HPS
Pollinated week 3. Vegged from seeds for 16 days. I transferred from an 8 oz cup, to this tiny container, allowing one day for veg.
These seeded plants stretched around 5 feet. I had to cut off about 1/3rd of the main colas, and do some extreme super copping to keep it from running into the lights.
The strain has a nutty, chocolate aroma, and smell.
I'll get into it some more if there's any interest
Here are some cool pics before harvesting the IBL line. The last pic had my arm around 2 large colas
