Both those bugs are beneficial. If the second bug is a cicada then you shouldn't have to worry. And the wasp is a parasitic wasp more than likely they like to lay their larvae inside a caterpillars and other pests so it will help take care of caterpillars or other bugs for you.

If I'm not mistaken, the second looks like a katydid. Which can definitely be herbivorous.
 
So I was flipping the compost pile found several of the pumpkin vines we threw in over a month ago that hadn’t even begun breaking down, apparently the fuckers had a will to live and sprouted roots out of the stems buried in the middle of the pile
