Well, mine is heavily modified but the actual structure with polycarb, and the hoops was under a grand in 2020 including shipping. It's the plywood and the fans and other stuff that ran the bill up. Not including the lights or the reflective insulation barrier to keep the contents hidden from curious eyes, total cost is roughly $1800. My greenhouse is in the heart of the city.
