Another beautiful Memorial Day morning at the cabin in northern Michigan

Went to get a box of Jiffy corn muffin mix and these guys were all over the boxes. No I did not stop to get pics.
Cleaned the shelves and put out their favorite 'food'. (terro)

Was at moms yesterday, checked out the raised bed i did for her...

This bed is 12 inches of straight flood plane loam, and compost. partially decomposed wood and lawn grass layer at very bottom dug into the earth below the bed.

The power of Flood Plane Loam compels you...

The tomato's dont look so hot, because they were moved from containers holding way too much moisture, theyre recovering quickly now :)

Found this gal chillin under the creeper next to the Willie’s! Not scared of them just dont ever want to find out how bad the bite hurts, nor do I want the kids to find out the hard way!
