this chart is a good guide on nutrient needs during flower,, longer flowering plants just stretch out the graph, mainly the middle area,.

update, day 48. I feel like my plant is stretching but I could be wrong. I have my lights set where they would be for intensity but it just keeps growing growing growing up

That's what I thought my pics look lighter also no matter what camera settings I use , now nighttime shots are great

SO i decided to start my new little hobby with auto flowering seeds (OG kush). my big question is really that im not sure how to use my spyder farm base wick system. like do i just leave it on 24/7 or do i fill the base reservoir once every so often... i would like to avoid root rot obviously but man i have been searching for answers everywhere and nothing has been very helpful. Can i put my newts in the main res and have them draw up for the base or do i have to do newts from the top and if thts the case how do i manage that without over watering since its already being watered from the base. And from my understanding i can start using my wick system when the leaves have reached the outside of my pot.

when do i start adding more water?

my seed broke surface on AUG 25th and i have been giving in around 50ml when the top soil goes dry. any answers would be helpful. also i am using SUNSHINE number 4 mix soil and added more perlite to it.

the flag is a funny haha from a friend tht send me 1000 of those lol. but i used to give a rough idea where i planted the seed since i had 2 other seeds tht never broke from their shell

I expected a response whether good, bad or indifferent. Ya know, like you receive on a guitar group on fb. I'll get my info the old fashioned way, study, learn and implement. I dont think it was deliberate, I thinks its just a matter of posting in the right spot maybe. if I was you I would peak theough this whole thread. it touched on a lot of stuff for this being my first grow as well. I got my grow kit off Amazon and it came with almost everything I needed in one buy besides sensors and a humidifier and fan

hey nick, it seems like everytime i check on my plant lately it just keeps growing taller and taller and I feel like its stretching. is that normal in flower? like literally everytime I raise the kight and then come home the next day I have to raise it again. my lights are set to the brightness they should be at for flower right now

yeah im lucky enough to have a spare bedroom tht i can grow in so i have two tents rn.


for nick i am throwing some update pictures for you to look at to tell me if this is normal. its currently 38" tall and ive been keeping my light 12" away from the top of plant with the lights PPFD set to 840 umolms

there are a couple leaves where its red where the stem meets the leaf
