It needs to be used in conjunction with a flip box for that to be possible. Your bloom room's will alternate 12 on 12 off. If you run a 10 hood bloom room right now you would just buy 10 more hoods and build a second bloom room. The 10 original ballast you were running will run 24/7 and power both room's thus eliminating the 12/12 cycle the power companies look for.
