Hello farmers, i tend to leach any excess nutrients in my plants by adding one full reservoir (40gal H20) every couple of weeks. The girls seem to love the drenching every once in a while and my drip system is content as well. Im wondering though, is there a way to know if there was salt build up and how much in plant's root system? is too much leaching bad as it may shock the roots?

I am transitioning from regular bloom feeding to aggressive bloom with GH produtcs. I leached with 150ppm(diluted rest of the nutrients in rez)then 60ppm 40 gal eachtime. then checked the waste and it was 400ppm. Does this mean that there was an excess of 400ppms stuck in my root system and/or grodan crouton cubes. should i expect the next ppm exactly the ppms as run off and expect the exact same ppms i give them or less eachtime they are fed...to know the girls are eating all their food..and not just water or getting locked channels...?

thanks for you input farmersssssss...:party0042:
