Mantis update

Sorry to say but the little ones are no where to be found. Don't think they made it. It can't be because they didn't have enough Thrips to eat!

I guess one would have to be careful walking in a garden until the Mantis(') was located.
I know someone who stepped on theirs as it was hanging on the floor. Also, they are good at blending into their environment.

I am bummed. I just pulled the last girls from that room and off to the new room but I will be checking back in there all spring just in case they were just hiding.

From my understanding its the little ones whondo the most work. I got five egg sacks and 500 came out of one. Im a lttle freaked out to be honest.

Jeebus! I was thinking about buying a pair of egg sacks for outside.. Couple thousand mantid. They could make so much more in the right environment! o.o
