Nope on coco. Peat for life !!!!
Learning curve,Can you be more spefic on why you think like that?
Maybe the TO can also tell his opinion what he thinks about the two media in comparison....
I grew a long time in Gold Label peat substrate (light mix) and I did now one grow in coco since and I can tell already that I am anoyed by the whole issue of salt build up in coco and how to handle it....Never left a thought about it in peat....
I prefer peat for a few reasons. The media is significantly cheaper for me. And I can water it every other day (15 feedings a month) to get a pretty nice yield that can range anywhere from 4oz to 16oz for one plant. Peat retains water like a sponge. To get better results from coco, I would have to water daily or even multiple times a day which I'm not interested in doing. Can you be more spefic on why you think like that?

Well the lightmix from Gold Label i was growing with was almost foolproof. You don't even have to adjust PH and you could get 1g/Watt in 8 weeks....Learning curve,
it doesn't matter what media you use your going to screw up until you get it right...
.......But coco is faster from my trial.
So in the end you should get better yields in Coco under the same circumstances?
I would think a soil grow would be easier to maintain at someone else's place ?
You go there multiple times a day ?
Yes your right, I do go there a lot, probably be best just to grow outside for free with the sun. I got 10 days to decide before they need to be transplanted. But it's nice he offered it to me.I would think a soil grow would be easier to maintain at someone else's place ?

Hey bro can i ask how high up you put the base on the 1 gl air pots. Ive just got mine today and itching to put it together and transplantHere's a picture of two little autos that are 5 days old and I feed them twice a day with 20 percent run off with EC 1.0 PH 5.8 in 1 liter air pots, after two weeks they will be transplanted to 3 gallon air pots and get feed three times a day with 20 percent run off. Thing about coco you got to start out in a small pot so you can get that 20 percent run off and that way you don't get no salt built up.
