Those look like the start of trichs. It is in flower already.

That's what I'm assuming too. But the specks between the veins is what I was more curious about.

I think it's being sensible to scope the plant over and see. Very least it'll rule mites out.

Give the plant a week. See how she is doing. Does the question progress to other parts of the plant? Is it canopy only or a lower leaf issue?
