I don't give my outdoor plant a lot of love on here but its held up well so far. I water it when it droops, I staked the crap out of it and it is the third plant for 2020 for me. The seeds were 4 years old and I had one left. White Widow x Northern Lights and surprisingly it germinated. Survived one mild frost so far and the colors are very nice.

How accurate donyou find these?
I don't know yet. I just got it and this was the only thing I ran it on. I need to get some dispensary product and see what I get versus the label. We hear of people shopping numbers, only testing the premium part of the best plant etc for their lab results. Time will tell, I am going to keep posting my tests on here and what I experience with it. It was a pricey investment but my goal is to move to extraction and edibles. I need a decent benchmark so I am hoping it turns out to be as wickedly accurate as they say.

Last Saturday was chop day for the Psycho plant. It had some amber and the plant looked like it wasn't even alive. It was a two day ordeal. I have never pulled this much bud off a single plant. I filled 4 levels of a hanging dryer. The pic below is about 50-60 percent of what was harvested plus the plant was still in the background with enough popcorn bud to fill that stainless mixing bowl 2/3. At the time the pic was taken I had already filled almost 2 levels of the dryer basket. Crazy. I wet trimmed which is different from what I usually do, but with two more plants coming down in the next 2 weeks I just wanted it done.

Cleaned out the tent some and staked up the Purple Urkle plant. Trichs are starting to cloud up nicely. I have never flushed a plant before so I am wondering if I do it when the trichs turn amber and go for a week, or I try to plan it and do it a week before I think it will be optimum harvest time. The buds are dense and really nice looking but the trich production seems a lot less than what I had hoped for. Both plants smelled extremely good without the pungent skunk odor. More of just a nice, even flower smell.

Did you ever figure out what the problem actually was at the beginning? I’m having same issues with a similar 650 watt 10 bar LED,and I can’t seem to get it figured out.
Yellowing looks like Mag def but upping Mag never made a difference for mine! Fought it the entire grow and it affected My yields big time!!

I don't know for sure. I am thinking part of it was my erratic feeding schedule and part of it was the medium. For the next grow I switched to the stuff that someone recommended earlier in this thread, CANNA Coco brick. It has a different feel to it and seems more refined. A lot fluffier. I will know more next run with something to compare.

Just used some of this myself. I did a test rinse and its pretty dam clean but IMO I would still rinse it to remove what little dust is there. Dust will cut back its benefits of fluffiness and hold more water and less oxygen or pores if that makes sense. I dod talk to a few who use it and don't rinse it and they have no issues but I did it anyhow.

Me too. I rinsed it through a metal colander. I put it in 5 gallon fabric pots and soaked it for 48 hours in some CalMag spiked brew. Pulled out the pots, rinsed water through again and let them set for a week. Dumped that out into bins and mixed with perlite. Doing another batch now. I have enough to last me through winter I think

I had such a hard time earlier in this grow I was not taking any chances. I think some of it might have been the strain too, that Purple Urkle has a reputation for being difficult to grow and I didn't know that when I bought the seeds. The other thing was I did all kinds of strange things with the mix and PPM early on before I understood better what I was trying to do.

Right now I am 76 days from flip and trichs are unchanged from the last pic. Mostly cloudy and no amber. Thats good in a way because the drying area is full still with the Psycho plant harvest. No humidity control in that room which is a bummer but it has to do for now. There is a collision course between this last indoor plant and the outdoor WW plant, meaning they may end up needing to be harvested at the same time. That is a eff-ton of work and also takes a lot of space. Temps will bottom out at night just above freezing this week. The WW is yellowing a lot now, but the buds are this amazing purple. Never had a plant like that though I have seen pics. Trichs are all clear on it. As someone else posted on here about outdoor plants, you get what you get and there isn't much you can do.

I finally finished up the irrigation/plumbing in the veg area on the room side with my new table design. Supply side with the tank, pump, valves etc still remains to be built. This is just veg. On the flower side there will be a ton of work once this last plant finishes. Since I didn't have the irrigation finished I went ahead and did another soil grow with Pakistani Chitral Kush seeds that were unfeminized and came as extras with the last order. Such a cool plant. The leaves are totally weird, super thick and fat looking. That stank though... jeez. Even in veg.

After a 9 day dry on the Psycho plant I ended up with 465 grams or 16.4 oz. I did leave the larger colas intact so there is some lumber in there. To be fair I would say 16 oz. Thats one plant, under half the tent and 1 of the Mammoth Fold lights. Not that I would recommend growing for 195 days.. or more. I am confident the THC is a legit 22%. My testing method is outlined in this thread.

Did the harvest of the Purple Urkle over a 3 day period ending 10/29. Huge yield on this one. I did not weigh, just wet trimmed and straight to dry. The drying room has a humidity control now so I am stretching the dry on this to 2 weeks.

The White Widow plant was harvested 4 days prior. All plants were started the same day from seed. Dried for 11 days 60% humidity and cured for a few days before weight and test.

Yield: 191 grams / 6.73 oz/
Potency: 17% THC

So not much for yield but I blame it on where it sat. Only direct sun for part of the day. Smell is nothing great but it will probably all be used for edible experiments so thats not a bad thing.

The Purple Urkle was disappointing. Yield was high and the flavor and smell is top shelf, but the potency sucks. All of this will be used for edible experiments. I have one seed left of the Urkle but I doubt I will grow this again. After doing so well with the Psycho plant growing side-by-side with this one I feel there is a pretty good chance the low potency is a genetic trait. The buds were absolutely huge, the yield was high and the calyx were the biggest I have ever seen so I know the plant was super healthy.
