I use to RO my water and saw no difference in my grow (this summer ) when doing it, so went back to tap and am using garden hose charcoal filter to get the chlorine out. You could just let the water gas off for 48 hours too in a bucket. Lot more convenient to use the charcoal filter from the hose.
I was corrected by gnick with this... sitting city water out for 48 hours has no affect anymore because they use something called chloramine...I think it's called....not chlorine...

Depends on your water source, my water source uses chlorine, not chlorimine. So yeah, good point none of the less, but for my statements concerning my uses, letting the water sit in a bucket will let the chlorine gas off. If your water municipal uses chlorimine then that would be of no use. Check your local water source.

I still do 48 hours out of habit anyways🤣 I don't know what city uses what🤣
