can i use canna substra flores and vega on soil and dwc i know its not meant but will it hurt it?

To be honest I don't see how it would be bad. It is just a different formula of NPK designed to work better with inert mediums.
I mean It is possible you may run into problems with lock up but then again if you give smaller doses and work it up it may be perfectly fine. I don't think it will hurt though.
