Question... when feeding with microbes, is it OK to add a microbe food(molasses, or whatever has sugar or carbs for the microbes) in the same mix?

So i just wanna know for sure before i screw something up. I'm about to add some microbes and was curious if they should be fed separately, or if I can mix molasses, or even nutes or epsom, etc. In with the microbes?

Some microbe products include some kind of sugar, so I guess so.
