Rapid Rooter To Sprout

So I left the house for a few hours, came back and checked on things and the temp was up around 86 and humidity dropped to 32%
So how do I keep the humidity up?!
Also, getting mixed reviews on seeds. Do they need light when germinating or not? I have a taproot, that's it. They haven't sprouted yet.
