without pics to really see the potential of these systems your talk of your systems reminds me of the dick tease girls in middle school lol. i understand security concerns but it's hard to really understand the benefit of your system without visual representation. dammit i want some PORN tell them kids to get some pics online so we can see the systems in action lol!

I know another good buddy on the net that got like 120 post maybe and never posted a pic anywhere. But he is definatly one of the most experienced growers i know on the net. I started chattin with him since OG. Jalisco is full of knownledge too and if u know WHAT to ask he will definatly share his knownledge.

peace

I could show you more pics of the box and how it works but what you want a grower really does not need. I can explain the reasoning behind something. Janus shows some pics with plants in my gm500. His first run in them also I believe. If I showed a 4 lber of my Ms Walker in a gm1000 what would that do for you.You would be like many that email me and ask what is wrong with their rcdwc grow. A lot of people expect more. I hear a lot of people are not hitting the numbers with those sys. Hell TK did not get close to a lb in a uc. He is a top notch grower. I just make the system and stand behind it. I doubt many are willing to fly in and help like I have done. If it did nor work there would be a line here bad mouthing me. The worst complaint I have gotten is it is too expensive to set up. I might have the most expensive system but it gives 45% net return on the first run if you had to go else where for your meds that say sell them for 200/oz. Most places charge more then that. If you have any questions good or bad,ask away. Suerte JK

Truthfully I never measured the flow to each tank. I use a well made pump that is 2400/gph on 10 tanks with a 2' of head. Each tank being feed off a 2" manifold and going to a 3" drain. If it matters I can have someone measure the flow,I do not run rcdwc. In my topfeed part of my gm1000 I use 1 cup/min or4 gal an hour,I would think about 3 times that is being fogged into the lower tank. JK
Edit:That 2400 was for 20 gal tanks I am running same maker of pump in 40 gal tanks I use 4400/gph for 10. going to 4" returns. And 1 hp chiller

JK,

So, I'm wondering if you have any of these units available. And what would I be looking at for 10 x 23-25gal tanks with 1 inlet and two outflow (whether one is a primary and another one is secondary or both at same level).

If you're more comfortable using email, my dummy email is [email protected]

thanks for your time

(i'd send you a pm but I'm still a new user, how do I get rid of this?)

I am glad you found a way to fix your problem. Some of my smaller tanks with simple designs start around 100 bucks, the tank I designed for TK was around 400. Since most of my work is custom it is hard to nail down,I would say the avg is around 150. I use double sided threaded fitting a a few sizes of port holes. I like to use 2" drains and overflows. Does not leak,no uniseals to shrink and leak. Since the are all threaded fitting they are modular.

There is nothing wrong in using them. If you consider your time as being free. Though by the time you design, buy the parts, and then assemble them you have a lot invested. You then have to look at the quality of your product and the chances of it failing/leaking.
I would rather work overtime at something I do well and use that money to buy quality.
My tanks are for people who have been down the road already and want something that will last and serve them well. As I said before I know the are the best built, and maybe only in my mind, the best designed. They are the most expensive, but if my tank only gets you one more oz then what you are using now, that alone pays for itself. JK

They were sold a few days before the original order decided he wanted them again. A friend of mine bought them. That made 2 growers happy and me.
But now I have replaced that with a new design all together. I had added something to a 135 gal rcdwc tank design for someone who told me not to hold back on cost. Will I guess that idea started a little kernel going. Driving down the freeway in traffic I had another eureka moment and this system just laid out before me like a video. I am trying to get the time to offer it at the long beach show. It will work hand in hand with the GM 5000's.
PNC offered me a spot in their shop to let people feel and touch these. I might bring the GM 1000 by, it is small enough so I do not waste their space. JK

That 3 bucket tank was a custom rcdwc tank I made for someone here. It was a 135 gal tank that most would have no use for. JK

Hey JK I'd like to see a pic of your system or drawing. You mentioned TK having it is it on one of his threads?

I've been looking through DD's threads along with all the UC threads and want to go with that type of a system. So I would really like to see yours too, you mentioned it's different than DD's.

Any links would be appreciated. Thanks... Socachi

Here is a thread that has picks of my rcdwc tank.

I have a new design that I will have in my hands in a week that will blow the other systems out of the water. I will be making these in 28 and 36 gal sizes. The only difference in these and that 36 gal tanks shown in that link is the port hole will be installed higher up. I saw where a tank system designer/promoter here thought I had built in redundancies, well he just did not know what he was looking at. They come with 2) 1 1/2" feeds, 2) 2" drains, 1) 2" overflow,2) 1" fitting for aeration, I just use one of them. The circulation inside this tank with the air exactly where it needs to be it what will separate this from the toys. That and being built like a brick shit house and having options that no one else is offering.
Those tanks I designed for TK were used by someone else. Having all that plumbing underneath and those raised floors made for the baddest looking room I have ever designed. I would not have pushed my designs so far if TK did not ask. Real glad a friend of mine bought it, except it makes my room look like crap and me a little jealous. Those 135 gal tanks makes growing easy and your variables steady as a rock.
I was planning on selling my company by now, and was planning on helping them with the Long Beach show. They were trying to offer me more but with less up front. I was asking so little it was not worth the wait. I would rather have cash in the hand then two birds in the bush. I will try and see if the show has any booths left and if I can deal with the time and money to be there. Great place to look for a buyer though. I will still try and get my tanks in PNC, I will have to see G and see what can be worked out. That way a few people can see feel touch. Suerte JK
