He told you good EXCEPT do not touch them every few_ hrs.I soak in water for a day usually a coffee mug or something. Then move to a moistened but not soaking papertowel, put in plastic baggie and place on cable box. I check every few hours because I'm nuts. Make sure paper towel doesn't dry out and you should have tails in 24-48 hrs ready to plant.
Not sure it's the best way but it seems to work for me.

also just to let you know....in the chart where it says ppm.....that is in .7 scale not .5
so you can translate to ec and know about where they recommend

just allow the lights to go off as usual and then change the timer to go to 12/12 fo the next light cycle
you can turn them on @ regular time as usual and have them go off 6 hours earlier

I know. That's my issue. I can't get the back girls looking good. I can't keep vegging... not sure what to do.but the 2 plants in the back done look so well
